There is only one God…, let Him be praise eternally…….
I chance upon the eternal name…, YHWH. And really, the name that indeed brings life is life itself. Hmmm, what I mean is.., He brings into existence, whatever exist! He puts meaning to it. He puts breath and life. He, the God of existence.., even came to reveal Himself in a most basic and understandable way for us to have that great comprehension of who He is. And of course.., who we are in relation to Him.
Start breathing now…, YYYHHH….WWHHH…. no bowels ehy, yet it reveals a form of life from the very moment you start to do it. From the moment we are born, He is the Life as we know it. Breathing gives Him praise from the very beginning. Hmmm, this is some sort of truth.., a universal and very beautiful! This should eventually fill us up. Our loving God chose to give Himself a name that we can’t help but speak every moment we’re alive. Did you get that??!
You see, when we are in the midst of something quite hard, what do you do? I tell you what…, we take a deep breath to somehow land for courage. Isn’t it? It could be our loudest cry yet itu is the quietest! My of my! We grasp to be calm when we hold our breath and take it slow. Di bah? It makes us arrive and think effectively 
more…. Dears…, YYYHHH….WWWHHHH…, breath now and praise HIM more. Courage and calmness is sure to follow….
Sometimes, we could be on deep sigh, oh yeah, a groan or gasp to call His name when we are in the middle of a “not so happy things” occurring, yet after such…,our lungs will feel like it would burst out of joy when we let and see God’s hand in our varying situations. Di bah? Sabi sa iyo eh…(wink!)
And oh, you’ll gonna love this…, did you know that even all those atheist speaks His name so very often or always as they maybe unaware that those inhale (YH) and exhale (WH) of their lungs acknowledge God who awarded them into existence. Whew! I just hope that they will open their ears wide to discover, believe and breath that truth! Halleluiah! YYHH–WWHH!!
Not only that, science implies that breathing.., and breathing good has many benefits. We always “Breathe in & Breathe out” all day, every day without a thought. It suggests that deep breathing is one of our easiest, most convenient and natural tools to combat issues like stress and anxiety, reduce pain, high blood pressure and even aide in digestion. Now that’s a WOW! Hmmmm…, YH-WH!, I should say! A self-healing tool for everyone! Note this and be healed! YYHH-WWHH!
Hmmm, as we walk in the seasons of life, please be strongly reminded that the only requirement to praise and thank God is breath. You read it right my dears…. So long as we are living here.., with our life in our lungs, we have wonderful reason to utter, lift and shout at the top of our voices the greatest gratitude to God. YYHH-WWHH! It surely does not imply we need to be in one perfect circumstance, nor require us to have everything figured out and done. It is just a simple act of breathing. It is to acknowledge and bring praise to our Creator. The KING of Kings and LORD of Lords, the Everlasting God……. YYHH-WWHH!
So then, in the depth and in the shallows, in highs and the lows. Whatever or wherever you maybe. When things are sad or going well, we praise Him for His 
goodness, provision and protection from our heart and soul. Forget it not that when challenges ascend to some heights, we would firstly praise Him for His faithfulness and presence. They really endures. And as we make our breath, we must remember that every breath is a gift from our loving God! and every moment is an opportunity to glorify Him.
In every breath we take, He is really worthy of our praise, today, tomorrow and always.
Guys and gals…why don’t you…, Breathe your praise today! Together, we can choose to praise God eternal! YYHH-WWHH! It’s breathtakingly beautiful!
