Love is there.....

It just occur to me that some people, in the absence of a "sweetheart" feels somewhat alone during the so called "Hearts Day". It somehow....,for some reasons, bring them to a thought of being separated from the "in-crowd", but that ain't true. Hmmmmmm, Well...if this world is celebrating it in the name of romance with a sweetheart, that could be a tragedy for a certain individual who lost one, somehow, somewhere.....

Today many people will fell the absence of love as keenly as others celebrate its presence. In a world where love means so much...is there a word from the Lord for everyone, with or without a sweetheart?

The precious and alive Word of God focuses not on being loved by another person, as they will definitely leave you (naturally and "as the case maybe...). He wants us to focus more on the kind of  love He has offered and still being offer to many people, as this is the love that will last forever.

This is how God showed his love among us: He sent his one and only Son into the world that we might live through him. This is love: not that we loved God, but that he loved us and sent his Son as an atoning sacrifice for our sins. Dear friends, since God so loved us, we also ought to love one another. No one has ever seen God; but if we love one another, God lives in us and his love is made complete in us. 1 John4:9-12

Long after the cards and flowers are forgotten, there is love from God's heart to ours! The more we understand God's love for us, the more love we'll willingly show to others.

Verse-Meal:
Whoever does not love does not know God, because God is love. 1 John 4:8
