Fire of Anger or Hunger..??

An angry person is a person in pain!

The Downside of Rage: Why Anger Can Indicate Weakness Just as Much as Strength – Leon's Existential CafeThe most common of human emotions is what we call “Anger”. Most of the time it is loud.., so loud that it fills the room, sometimes it is considered as a frequent response to pain, be it physical or emotional. Who hasn’t hit it lately? sino po ba?, at lalo nga akong ingat to the guys that handles anger in a very silent way at baka mailabas sa kung saan. It would be doubly harmful…may I say! Avoid walking in the middle of the night through the house barefoot? Kasi.., Anger is then triggered immediately followed who knows what?! ARUY! Inay ko po!

I see another thing.., these unpleasant or painful emotions also feel like an attack, forceful, hostile, violent, aggressive etc.., well let’s take “Shame”, as example, It is so painful and often provokes the greatest anger. Di bah? Being bullied by others or exposure to public disgrace can light a terrible fire inside a person that can probably consume him or others as the case maybe. Those personal rejectionsfire after rejections against one’s will can provoke dreadful rage. Hmmm…

Anger issues could be consider a poison that anybody can dwell or avoid. On some occasion, it is often they are sent by other people. And much has been reported that they are feeling frustrated, misunderstood, and even trapped into a whirling zone that eats them alive. Their uncalled-energy begin to dissipate. And… oh!, there’s a humor in some cases I believe….that gets to the best of us. HAHA!, and we find ourselves laughing-out-loud as well. Hmmm… medyo nabaling isip ko at napangiti….

Ahumm, in the process, the angry person could discover that “talking it out” to atalk good listener has great effect on it…doctor calls it “therapeutic value.” It’s like when I heat water on a container, I place it in fire and ensure that release valve is on and not tightly close., or else it might eventually explode. Di bah? Sino ba may gusto nun?!  People could be exactly the same. Gripping at the anger in a longest time is definitely not a good way to live…, ain’t wise, because, well, you know what is about to happen in great magnitude. Di bah?!, Getz mo ano?

In the aftermath, we can somehow compare anger to fire., kasi it can make our blood boil, burned relationship or blow-off steam di bah? Also sometimes it’s called thunder and as we warn others not to add fuel to the fireBy the way, it takes three things to make a fire namely, heatoxygen, and fuelManiwala kayoHOF as I’ve been a safety engineer myself in one of my operational experience hehehe. And if one of those elements is taken away, the fire goes out.

It is the same with anger. We could put it this way: those Heat are Offenses, the Oxygen are Perspective and the Fuel are the Grudges. Again…,remove just one of those away….then no fire will survive! Garantisado po iyun!

In the next post, I might include some elements of descriptions with practical action to do and to prevent fire, (thunder, fire or whatever you think)…from starting.

Let your fire shine.., but not to burn anybody! Kaya ba natin? Naman…….

Kain ka muna at baka nagugutom ka lang.…smiles. Godspeed po sa inyong lahat!
