Honesty is the best policy, an old saying and maybe still the target of many.....towards themselves and others Hmmmm...
The moral reformation is the main source in the world for many good things, just like the introduction that I mentioned.., honesty, or it could be self-control or maybe generosity. These kind of changes enforce rules. One wants to obey out of self-interest or out of fear. Many have said that if you want to help people tell them the (painful) truth but if you want to help yourself, tell them what they wanna hear. Hmmmm, quite an intriguing thing or could be bothering to some.., divah??
For clear understanding, one good advise I heard suggested that we must have a very strong option in our mental, emotional and spiritual life. This phrase underscores the seriousness of the choices we make because it recognizes the eternal potential of our relationships all year as well as the importance of our.., hmmm, eternity someday.
Our Lord Jesus is teaching us today that prayer is a discipline. To have a genuine honesty in prayer requires a commitment to make it a habit. To build the habit, do it first in bite size chunks, but do it regularly. And if we fall off the wagon and lose our momentum, just start over. After all source of our innermost is in Him alone.
And too embrace such notions of love in the best of ways is to do so consciously, as an ongoing practice---throughout our lives. That means accepting and embracing there must be a self-directed curbs on one's behavior!, probably in some cases, some people (perhaps not all) are really acting consciously from its power and having a desire for the other's happiness and health. Whew..., need to belong there, Divah??
Loyalty, only takes satisfaction in following through on selective expressions of concerns for other persons. Fidelity, in contrast, takes satisfaction in living up to pre-existing principles and commitments made. Hmmm, many are talking about conjugal faithfulness. Man's wisdom ehy!
Kahit po ako, sa tanda kong ito eh naguguluhan......(smiles), but really it helps to insert them in my action and thoughts.., I mean to practice fidelity be a part of our dealings any day. Adhere to the facts that our Lord uttered and continuously saying in our lives. Divah?
